Description   This PML pan fits appropriate GM vehicles with these transmissions. PML designed this pan to add transmission oil capacity for vehicles that have an exhaust pipe or frame cross memeber under the rear of the stock pan. Some examples of vehicles that this pan will fit are: Avalanche, 2002 & newer, 5.3 or 6.0 engines C1500 1996-1998 with 4.3, 5.0, or 5.7 engines K1500 1996-1998 with 4.3, 5.0, or 5.7 engines Silverado 1500, 1999 & newer, 4.3, 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 engines Sierra 1500, 1999 & newer, 4.3, 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 engines SSR, 2003-2006, 5.3, LS2 6.0 engines (automatic transmission) Suburban 1500, 1992-1999, 5.7, 6.5 diesel engines Suburban 1500, 2000 & newer, 5.3, 6.0 engines Tahoe 1995-1999, 5.7 engine (check exhaust routing and see part number 8650-1 if you have room for a deeper pan) Tahoe 2000-2008, 4.8 and 5.3 engines Tahoe 2009, 4.8 engine Yukon 1992-1999, 5.7 engine (check exhaust routing and see part number 8650-1 if you have room for a deeper pan) Yukon 2000-2008, 4.8 and 5.3 engines Yukon 2009, 4.8 engine H3 2006 & newer, i5 and 5.3 engines, check exhaust and frame for clearance The pan has a boss that can be machined for a temperature sensor. PML Transmission Pan Features: Increased oil capacity for cooler temperatures Sand-cast aluminum with raised fins 3/16-inch thick wall construction to add strength to the transmission case 3/8-inch thick gasket flange will not bend when bolts are tightened Machined gasket surface for a secure seal Boss cast into pan can be machined for a temperature sensor Magnetic drain plug for easier, less messy maintenance Mounting hardware provided Gasket and filter not included (use stock parts).
