Description   This PML pan fits appropriate GM and Chevy vehicles with a 700R4, 4L60, 4L60E, or 4L65E transmission. This pan features a drain hole and magnetic drain plug for easier fluid changes, fins and aluminum construction to dissipate heat, and a boss that can be machined for a temperature sensor. If you have a Corvette, please see our Corvette page for more information about our Corvette products. Some customers may be able to use a deeper pan to increase capacity. Check your vehicle to determine if there are exhaust pipes or frame cross members under their stock pans prior to ordering. See part number 9427 if you have room and want a deeper pan. Some examples of vehicles that this pan will fit are: Camaro 1983-1992 2.8, 5.0 or 5.7 engines (you will need to modify shift cable bracket to fit pan) Camaro 1993-2002 3.4, 3.8, or 5.7 engines Corvette 1984-1996 5.7, LT1, or LT4 engines (you will need to modify shift cable bracket to fit pan) Chevy Astro Van 1985-1994 2.5 or 4.3 engines Chevy Astro Van 1995-2005 4.3 engine GM Safari Van 1985-1994 2.5 or 4.3 engines GM Safari Van 1995-2005 4.3 engine You may have to modify your shift cable mounting bracket to use this pan. If the trans pan mounting bolts hold the shift cable bracket on, PML Transmission Pan Features: Sand-cast aluminum with raised fins 3/16-inch thick wall construction to add strength to the transmission case 3/8-inch thick gasket flange will not bend when bolts are tightened Machined gasket surface for a secure seal Boss cast into pan can be machined for a temperature sensor Magnetic drain plug for easier, less messy maintenance Mounting hardware provided Gasket and filter not included (use stock parts).
