Description   Chevy 1987-1998 small block center bolt heads are found on Silverado/Sierra, Suburban, Tahoe, Corvette, Impala SS and Camaro Z28. These valve covers only use the two outside bolts for assembly. We eliminated two bolts for a cleaner appearance. PML designed these covers so that the top surface features the fins. The design removed two bolts and the PCV/breather/oil fill holes from the top. The sand cast aluminum construction is so much stiffer than stock that you do not need four bolts to apply pressure evenly to the gasket. PCV/breather/oil fill holes may be machined on the side. Valve covers are a little taller than stock and may accommodate some roller rockers that are not shaft mounted. Stud girdles, shaft roller rocker systems are not going to work with this cover.
