GM Allison 1000 Deep

This PML pan fits 2001 to present Chevrolet & GMC full size trucks with the Allison 1000 5 & 6 speed automatic transmission. This transmission is found in the Silverado & Sierra 2500HD & 3500 with the Duramax diesel and 8.1 liter gas engines.

The pan features filter supports that are an integral part of the floor. Out of the box they are set up to work with the stock filter. The supports can also be shortened to work with the deeper filter that Allison offers for this transmission. The filter supports are designed to be easy to alter. For the larger filter you'll need to cut the filter supports at the line designed into them for that purpose.

After cutting the supports you'll have to make sure you use the deeper filter from then on as the stock filter would fall out of the valve body.

The pan has a boss that can be machined for a temperature sensor.

Corvette 4L60E Deep Transmission Pan

This PML extra capacity transmission pan fits 1997 - 2004 C5 Corvettes with the case fill 4L60E transmission made by GM.

You may have to modify your shift cable mounting bracket to use this pan. If the trans pan mounting bolts hold the shift cable bracket on,

GM 200-4R Deep Transmission Pan

This PML deep pan fits many models of rear wheel drive cars with 4-speed automatic transmissions. GM used this transmission from 1982-1990. Examples of vehicles using the 200-4R transmissions are:

GM 4T60E, 4T65E Low Profile

GM uses two different bolt holes on these transmissions, so two different bolt sizes are available. You will need to measure your bolt thread diameter and order the correct part for your needs. P/N 10758-1 is for 6mm bolt holes and P/N 10758-2 is for 8mm bolt holes. If you order the wrong size bolts, you will not be able to install the transmission. We know it is a hassle to check.

This PML pan fits front wheel drive GM cars and mini-vans with the 4T65E or 4T60E transmission. This includes models such as:

GM 4L80E, 4L85E Early Deep Transmission Pan

This PML pan fits GM and Chevrolet 1996 and older trucks with the 4L80E and 4L85E transmission. This pan can be used on 1997 and newer vehicles if there is enough clearance between frame cross member and stock pan. Most 1997 and newer vehicles do not have enough clearance and need the late model pan. PML also makes a low profile pan for GM cars with these transmissions. Some examples of vehicles that this pan will fit are:

C2500 1990-1996 with 454, 6.2 & 6.5 diesel engines
K2500 1990-1996 with 454, 6.2 & 6.5 diesel engines

This PML pan fits appropriate GM and Chevy vehicles with a 700R4, 4L60, 4L60E, or 4L65E transmission. This pan features a drain hole and magnetic drain plug for easier fluid changes, fins and aluminum construction to dissipate heat, and a boss that can be machined for a temperature sensor.

Some customers may be able to use a deeper pan to increase capacity. Check your vehicle to determine if there are exhaust pipes or frame cross members under their stock pans prior to ordering. See part number 9427 if you have room and want a deeper pan.
