Chrysler/Dodge 8¼" Ring Gear, 10 Bolt Differential Cover

This cover fits the rear differential on the following vehicles:

If you have a Liberty with a gas tank skid plate, use the dimensions provided below to check for clearance. The skid plate can often be loosened and shifted away from the differential.

This cover features fill/level check and drain holes for easier maintenance. It also has an undrilled boss for a temperature sensor. The option to have boss drilled and tapped will need to be ordered over the phone, not on-line.

This differential cover fits the American Axle front end differential on 2003 and newer Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks.

If you have one of the new Mega Cab trucks be sure to check for clearance on the drivers side above the cover. Dodge has changed the design of the track bar mounting bracket on some models for 2006. PML has seen a case of contact between this cover and the track bar bracket on a stock 2006 Ram 3500 Mega Cab.

This differential cover has oil fill/level check and drain holes to make it easy to follow the 15K oil change interval that Dodge specifies for the AAM axles used in 2003 and newer Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks.

This part has an undrilled boss for a temperature sensor. The option to have PML drill and tap the boss will need to be ordered over the phone, not on-line.

Jeep 258 Cu. In./4.2 Liter 6 Cylinder Valve Covers

PML designed these covers to prevent oil blow by. The valve covers that Jeep supplied with the 258 engine tended to leak and cause an oil blow by problem which blocked the PCV valve. The improved baffle of the PML valve cover blocks the oil mist from reaching the PCV valve and solves the oil blow by problem. The baffling is an integral part of the casting so there are no rivets or screws to vibrate loose.

The 258 engine was commonly used in the CJ-5, CJ-7, Grand Wagoneer, Wrangler, and other Jeeps.

This valve cover fits 1981-1986 heads.

This valve cover also fits 1987-1990 heads if your engine came with the plastic valve cover. If your 1987-1990 engine came with an aluminum valve cover from the factory, our valve cover will not fit your head. Engines with the aluminum valve cover have the same gasket shape and bolt pattern as the 4.0 heads. Look at the installation instructions (click here) for a better view of the gasket shape and bolt pattern on this valve cover and verify it is the same as the valve cover you have.

The cover features holes for PCV, breather, and includes a billet oil fill cap for a secure seal. The Jeep 4.2 Liter/258 cubic inch engine comes in four possible fastener configurations. The PML valve cover works with all possibilities and has provisions for the use of studded bridges and head bolts. The cover features a precision-machined 0.200 inch-thick gasket flange for a uniform clamping force on the gasket. Holes can be easily drilled for studded rocker arm bridges.

This American Axle rear end differential cover fits some 2003 and newer Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500. These models may have a 10.5-inch or an 11.5-inch ring gear.
Check the identification sticker in your glove box or on your driver's door to determine which differential you have.

This cover has oil fill, level check, and drain holes to make it easy to follow the 15K oil change interval that Dodge specifies for the AAM axles used in 2003 and newer Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks.

This American Axle rear end differential cover fits some 2003 and newer Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 and it fits GM trucks Silverado and Sierra 2500HD & 3500 with the Duramax or 8.1 engine.

This Dodge 68RFE, 545RFE, 45RFE deep transmission oil pan fits vehicles including the following:

Ram 2500 & 3500, 2WD and 4WD, with 6.7 liter diesel engines (except 3500 HD cab & chassis which has the Aisin transmission), 2007 and newer. For 5.9 liter diesel trucks, see our pan part number 9393.
Ram 1500 with 4.7 or Hemi, 2002 - 2005
2WD Dakota with 4.7, 2000 and newer

Jeep Liberty CRD

This is a direct replacement for the stock pan with the following exceptions:

Ram 1500 2006 & newer: The stock exhaust may hit a deeper transmission pan. Use dimensions provided below to check your truck for clearance.
Ram 2500 Hemi-powered: The exhaust crossover pipe is routed underneath the back part of the pan instead of in front of it like the 1500. The pipe must be rerouted downwards 1" in order to prevent it from hitting the pan.

Dakota and Durango 4WD: The frame crossmember behind the transmission pan will interfere with a larger pan.

Jeep Liberty CRD: Requires removal of the factory skid plate, or addition of spacers to move the skid plate downward away from the transmission.

Durango 2005 and newer: Hemi-powered versions have a large catalytic converter in front of and underneath the transmission pan. As such, PML's pan cannot be used with the stock exhaust.

Volume: 3 1/8 qts. over stock for 2wd, 2 1/2 qts. over stock for 4wd

Dimensions: Overall depth is about 1" more than stock.

Dodge 68RFE, 545RFE 45RFE Deeper Transmission Pan

This pan is similar to our Part Number 10304, Dodge 45RFE, 545RFE, 68RFE tranny pan but this pan has more capacity, is slightly deeper, and costs a little more. It has 4 1/2 quarts compared to 3 1/8 quarts over stock for 2WD. When Dodge decided to use the Hemi trans pan design on the new 6.7 liter diesel powered trucks, we knew that the trucks would see even heavier towing use. Increased oil capacity beyond part number 10304 would be a benefit for this type of service. Both pans fit the same applications with the same exceptions.

This Dodge 68RFE, 545RFE, 45RFE deep transmission pan fits vehicles including the following:

Ram 2500 & 3500, 2WD and 4WD, with 6.7 liter diesel engines (except 3500 HD cab & chassis which has the Aisin transmission), 2007 and newer. For 5.9 liter diesel trucks, see our pan part number 9393.

This transmission pan fits all 1989-2007 Dodge Ram trucks with 5.9 Cummins diesel or V10 engines and it fits some models with V8 gas engines from the late 1960’s until 2001. For 2007 and newer 6.7 Cummins diesel trucks, please see our Dodge 68RFE transmission pan.

This pan also fits two wheel drive Durango with 5.9 V8, two wheel drive Dakota with 5.9 V8, some V8 powered Ram vans. Four wheel drive Durango & Dakota will likely have exhaust and frame clearance problems with this pan.

This transmission pan works with these transmissions:

This pan is one inch deeper than stock. There is plenty of mixing of fluid due to vehicle movement as well as the fluid being sucked into the filter and returned from the oil cooler to prevent a stagnant layer at the bottom, so no filter extension is needed. Other companies that supply a filter extension are making pans that are deeper than this one.

If you own a Jeep, please be aware that Jeep uses both Chrysler and Aisan Warner transmissions. Take a close look at your existing transmission pan to verify that the shape of the pan perimeter and the bolt pattern are the same as the PML pan you intend to order. The AW pan is shaped like a long narrow rectangle. This Chrysler A500 pan has 14 bolts. Some Jeeps have the Chrysler 42RLE transmission which has 13 bolts.
