Chrysler/Dodge 8�" Ring Gear, 10 Bolt Differential Cover

This cover fits the rear differential on the following vehicles:

1991-2001 Jeep XJ Cherokee & Wagoneer (also see Dana 35 cover)
Jeep Liberty

Chrysler Fifth Avenue, Imperial, and New Yorker
If you have a Liberty with a gas tank skid plate, use the dimensions provided below to check for clearance. The skid plate can often be loosened and shifted away from the differential.

This cover features fill/level check and drain holes for easier maintenance. It also has an undrilled boss for a temperature sensor. The option to have boss drilled and tapped will need to be ordered over the phone, not on-line.

AAM 9�" Ring Gear 14 Bolt Differential Cover For Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500

This differential cover fits the American Axle front end differential on 2003 and newer Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks.

If you have one of the new Mega Cab trucks be sure to check for clearance on the drivers side above the cover. Dodge has changed the design of the track bar mounting bracket on some models for 2006. PML has seen a case of contact between this cover and the track bar bracket on a stock 2006 Ram 3500 Mega Cab.

This differential cover has oil fill/level check and drain holes to make it easy to follow the 15K oil change interval that Dodge specifies for the AAM axles used in 2003 and newer Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks.

This part has an undrilled boss for a temperature sensor. The option to have PML drill and tap the boss will need to be ordered over the phone, not on-line.

This part replaces P/N 10303-1.

AAM 10�" Ring Gear, 14 Bolt Differential Cover

This American Axle rear end differential cover fits some 2003 and newer Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500. These models may have a 10.5-inch or an 11.5-inch ring gear.
Check the identification sticker in your glove box or on your driver's door to determine which differential you have.

This cover has oil fill, level check, and drain holes to make it easy to follow the 15K oil change interval that Dodge specifies for the AAM axles used in 2003 and newer Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks.

This diff cover also has an undrilled boss for a temperature sensor. Please call to order if you would like the boss drilled and tapped.

AAM 11�" Ring Gear, 14 Bolt Differential Cover For Dodge and GM Trucks

This American Axle rear end differential cover fits some 2003 and newer Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 and it fits GM trucks Silverado and Sierra 2500HD & 3500 with the Duramax or 8.1 engine.

The Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 2500 may have a 10.5-inch or an 11.5-inch ring gear. (See our AAM 10.5, 14 Bolt for Dodge differential cover if you have an 10.5-inch ring gear - click here.) Check the identification sticker in your glove box or on your driver's door to determine which differential you have.

For the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD & 3500 with Duramax or 8.1 engines, PML offers a choice of two differential covers for the rear end. See also PML P/N 9511 for different styling and 1 quart over stock increased capacity.

Dana 44/226 SRT8 Extra Capacity, Rear, P/N 11045

This new differential cover fits the Dana 44/226 differential commonly found on the rear of Jeep and Chrysler SRT8 vehicles. This cover fits 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. It may also fit other SRT8 vehicles or other Jeeps. This cover did not fit a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of clearance issues. Check your differential for size, shape, number of bolts and clearance before ordering. Click to view a dimensions in a separate window. There is a restocking fee of 20% for returns.

PML developed this differential cover in response to requests from Jeep and SRT8 vehicle owners. We are still gathering information on what vehicles use this differential and have clearance for this cover. Comments and questions are welcome.

There is a Dana 44 12 bolt (200mm or 213mm) differential also found Jeeps and a cover for that application in under development.

This cover features a drain hole with magnetic drain plug, an unmachined boss for a temperature sensor, and a level check/oil fill hole.

This Dana/Spicer 20 differential cover features a drain hole, fins and aluminum construction for to dissipate heat. The fins have the traditional straight fin design. The cover adds capacity to help lower the differential fluid temperature. These aftermarket covers have thick walls and gasket flanges to add strength to the differential housing and to provide a uniform clamping force on the gasket surface for a secure seal.

This Dana 44 differential cover features fill/level check hole, a drain hole, fins and aluminum construction for to dissipate heat. The fins have the traditional straight fin design and the shape of the cover has the same shape as the stock cover. These aftermarket covers have thick walls and gasket flanges to add strength to the differential housing and to provide a uniform clamping force on the gasket surface for a secure seal.

Do no use this cover on GM front ends.

Our extra capacity Dana 44 cover has a different shape, size, fin design, and 0.25 qts over stock capacity.

DANA 50/60 FRONT, 10 BOLT, 2005 & NEWER FORDS & DODGES

The PML Dana 50/60 front differential cover fits 1999 and newer Super Duty Fords and 94-02 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 vehicles.

On the Ford trucks, this diff cover is slightly deeper than the stock covers. This part is shallower than our Dana 60, 70 rear cover (P/N 9426) for more steering linkage clearance.

For Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 vehicles, please check the cover dimensions and look at your trackbar bracket before ordering. If your stock cover has a vent fitting (instead of having a vent on the differential housing), this differential cover cannot be used.

PML has discontinued an older version of this cover, P/N 9866, which fits 99-04 Super Duty Fords. We do still have 1 polished 9866 cover in stock. This is in our Specials section. It is slightly different in shape.

For 1997 and older F250/350 trucks, neither P/N 9866 or 10737 will clear the ring gear. Our standard Dana 60, 70 (P/N 9426) rear cover will clear the ring gear but you will need to check your vehicle for steering linkage clearance with this deeper cover.

This diff cover has drain and fill/level check holes.
